  Carlos came over right away and fixed my dryer, so that part of the service was fantastic. What I didn't realize--and what they don't tell you--is that there is a $60 service call fee + a $75 *flat* fee. So he spent 10 mins fixing the appliance and the price was the same had he spent 6 hours fixing other things. So moral of the story: if you need something fixed, try to wait until you need many things fixed since the price will be the same.
  
  Would not recommend for small/quick issues.
