  When we started our search for a condo in the city, we had no clue of how to start. We were just finding listings through Zillow, and went to a lot of open houses, but had a lot of unanswered questions in our minds when looking at a unit. We found Saba through her informative website, and gave her a call. She met with us at her office the very next day and took her time to understand our goals and what we were looking for. She also gave us an overview of the whole process so we get a good idea of what’s going on. From our first meeting with her, we realized how knowledgeable she is about the market. We never felt pressured to buy. She was incredibly fast when it came to answering calls and emails. What really impressed us when working with her was her tech savviness! When we asked her about her opinion on how much a unit will go for, she sent us a very detailed interactive market analysis with all the adjustments for different nearby units, and guess what: the unit sold for exactly the same price as she predicted. When it came to writing an offer, Saba went through all the disclosures with us and explained the purchase contract to us. She even scheduled a walkthrough with a very experienced contractor for us, so we could ask all our questions from him before putting an offer. We loved working with Saba! She is truly a big asset to have on your side if you are thinking about selling or buying.
