  In the interest of full disclosure, StoragePro offered me a small $10 credit as an incentive for me to post a review. However, I consider these comments to be unbiased. The incentive just encouraged me to share my experience so far and I will update the review as time goes by.
  
  For now, I highly recommend this place for storage. I would have rated them a 3 but it may be too soon for an "excellent" rating at this point.
  
  During my search for a storage facility, I checked out some other places, some of which also appeared very clean, well lit, and secure. However, I chose this place because of the staff. Bob was very friendly, professional and seemed genuinely interested in making sure my storage needs were met.
  
  So far, I am very pleased. I take comfort in knowing that my belongings are safe and secure. In addition, both Bob and Jim have always been very friendly, attentive and helpful. The cookies also add nice touch to the overall experience.
